You are a creative and resourceful Salesforce Developer who thrives on building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions. As a key member of our product team, you’ll own the delivery of features and enhancements that strengthen our core product suite.
You’ll report to the Director of Product and collaborate closely with product managers, QA, and technical leads. Your role ensures technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and high-quality delivery across all product releases.
Your Mission
As a Cloudsquare Product Developer, your mission is to build and maintain the core functionality of our Salesforce-native products. You will apply best practices in scalable architecture, clean code, and secure design to deliver features that directly enhance our platform. Your work ensures that Cloudsquare products remain reliable, innovative, and easy to use for customers across the lending industry.
Your Goals
- Contribute to the roadmap by delivering features and enhancements aligned with product strategy.
- Build for scale and quality by writing maintainable, efficient, and secure code.
- Partner with product management and QA to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Support long-term product stability by resolving bugs and reducing technical debt.
- Stay current with Salesforce innovations and recommend ways to apply them to our products.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop new features and maintain existing functionality across Cloudsquare’s managed package products.
- Collaborate with product managers and technical leads to refine requirements into clear technical designs.
- Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows Salesforce development best practices.
- Work with QA to define and automate test coverage, ensuring high-quality releases.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues identified by QA or customers.
- Contribute to the design and documentation of product architecture and technical patterns.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and recommend ways to leverage new features in Cloudsquare’s products.
Your Qualifications
- 3+ years Salesforce development experience (Apex, Aura, LWC, triggers, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, migration tools)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce DX (source-driven development)
- Experience with AppExchange apps and commonly used Salesforce tools
- Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Strong knowledge of data architecture best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and translate requirements into solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ethics, interpersonal skills, and commitment to continuous learning
- Experience with Jira or other project management tools
- Experience with Git/Bitbucket or other source control systems
- Industry experience in Financial Services or Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) (preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Developer (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
